Today is the 40th anniversary of "Black Friday" which pretty much marked the beginning of end of the steel industry in Youngstown. Sadly we have never really recovered from this. "Shout Youngstown" is a documentary on closings of steel plants in Youngstown, OH and the effects on the community. To this day, a lot of this stuff is still hard for me to watch. We never thought those plants would shut down let alone be torn down...
