The Black Keys To Celebrate 'Ohio Players' With Album Release Party

The Black Keys are releasing their new album Ohio Players on April 5th, and to celebrate, the band will be performing during their exclusive iHeartRadio Album Release Party.

Ohio Players is The Black Keys' 12th full-length album following 2022's Dropout Boogie, and showcases 14 new songs including the previously-released "Beautiful People (Stay High)," "I Forgot To Be Your Lover" and "This Is Nowhere."

In a statement, the band's Dan Auerbach said of the new album, "We'd never worked harder to make a record. It's never taken us this long to make an album. We took our time and did it right." Patrick Carney added, "What we wanted to accomplish with this record was make something that was fun. And something that most bands 20 years into their career don’t make, which is an approachable, fun record that is also cool."

During the intimate iHeartRadio Album Release Party with The Black Keys, the band will perform some of their new music live, and talk about Ohio Players and more during a special Q&A hosted by iHeartRadio's Stryker. Fans can tune in live on Friday, April 5th at 10pm ET / 7pm PT. via iHeartRadio's YouTube Channel as well as on iHeartRadio's ALT Radio station on the free iHeartRadio app.
