THE FIRST TIME I SAW BOB SEGER AND MORE ON HIS BIRTHDAY

The first time a saw Bob Seger I was 11 or 12 years old at The Freak Out or it might have been called the Apartment at the time on Midlothian Blvd.  My mom would go to the laundromat in that plaza and one afternoon I heard some music from the club so I peek in the back door and there is The Bob Seger System doing Ramblin' Gamblin' Man for their sound check. I walk in and I'm standing there and it blew me away. There was nobody else in the bar except for a couple of guys stocking coolers.   Who would have know back then that he would wind up in the Rock and Roll Hall Of Fame.
