My biggest memory of Glen Campbell was from his tv show "The Glen Campbell Good Time Hour" It was a music and comedy variety show that aired on CBS from January 1969 through June 1972 on CBS. The one show that stuck in my mind was on April 30, 1969 when Glen presented the first showing on American television of the promotional films for The Beatles "Get Back" and "Don' Let Me Down." I though seeing The Beatles playing live on a rooftop was the coolest thing.. Still do. Turned out to be their last public performance ever. Glen also did a great job in the movie "True Grit" with John Wayne.
