TMZ is reporting that Tom Petty was rushed to the hospital Sunday night after he was found unconscious, not breathing and in full cardiac arrest.
The report says EMTs we called to his his home and were able to get a pulse. He was rushed to the hospital and sources say he was put on life support.
TMZ says Petty's condition is unknown but was critical from the moment he was found.
Tom just finished his 40th Anniversary tour along with Joe Walsh and played Cleveland and Pittsburgh in June.
