Years after her arrest and her execution, the hitchhiking prostitute played by Charlize Theron in the 2003 movie “Monster” continues to draw people to this quirky biker bar that features a Japanese Hanging Tree where imported bikes are smashed and there remains are thrown in a twisted pile of rusted scrap.
