Tarantino was born on March 27, 1963, in Knoxville, Tennessee and was named after Burt Reynolds' character on Gunsmoke. The onetime video store clerk became famous for writing and directing Reservoir Dogs and Pulp Fiction. He has two Oscars for Best Original Screenplay, for Pulp Fiction and Django Unchained. His other films include Jackie Brown, Kill Bill, Inglourious Basterds and The Hateful Eight. He has seen his share of controversy over the years.
Samuel L. Jackson had appeared in six Taratino films. The scene in "Hateful 8" where he tells General Sandy Smithers what he did to his son is something else. In "Djanjo" one of the best moments is when the bounty hunter shoots the sheriff. Leonardo DiCaprio was good too.
There are so many good scenes in "Pulp Fiction" but the one that still gets me is Christopher Walken and the watch. What a great cast. Bruce Willis, John Travolta, Harvey Keitel, Uma Thurman. Great music too. Tarantino flicks all have good soundtracks.
The first thing that comes to mind is the ear chopping scene while "Stuck In The Middle With You" by Stealers Wheel is playing on the radio with Steven Wright as the dj. You also get Harvey Keitel, Tim Roth, Chris Penn and Steve Buscemi.
This one stars Brad Pitt as First Lieutenant Aldo Raine. He wants to kill Nazis and he does. BJ Novak has a slightly different role in this one than he did as Ryan Howard on "The Office"
