Ringo Star Announces 2019 Tour Dates, New Book

Ringo Starr has never been one to pass up a chance to celebrate.

The former Beatles drummer will hit the road again in 2019 to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the first version of Ringo Starr & His All Starr Band

He'll also mark the occasion with a book of his photography, called Another Day in the Life, due in April 2019.

The music legend's third book is comprised of snapshots from Starr's world travels and some of his home life. Starr has reportedly included musings and anecdotes to accompany the photos.

The drummer was knighted this past January for his humanitarian work and service to the arts.

Starr will tour North America and Japan with the current iteration of his All Starrs, including Toto's Steve Lukather, Men at Work's Colin Hay, Santana and Journey's Gregg Rolie, Kansas' Warren Ham, Gregg Bissonette and The Average White Band's Hamish Stuart

At present, the trek is scheduled to begin in California in March. Starr's camp says more dates will be announced soon.
