Legendary Youngstown DJ Boots Bell would have been 86 on 1-22-19. I had a chance to work with Boots for many years on WNIO and CD106. Boot's spirit is still very much alive with us here at The Wolf. Boots is the king of Youngstown DJ's. He was Youngstown radio. Bootsie was one of a kind. He had a great voice and a style all his own. Here are a few pictures of us back in the day.
