INDIANS LAST HOME OPENER IN MUNI STADIUM 4-5-93

April 5, 1993 marked an end of an era. The Cleveland Indians played their last home opener in Cleveland Municipal Stadium. Hall Of Famer Bob Feller threw out the first pitch. There was a moment of silence for the Cleveland pitchers killed in a boating accident during spring training. The Yankees won that day in front of over 70,000 fans including myself. The tribe went on to beat the Yankees twice to win the series. Between The Browns, The Indians and the concerts, so many great memories were made in that place with family and friends.
