Petty, Clapton, Ringo Appear In The Trailer For A New Documentary

This looks like it's going to be great! "Echo in the Canyon" features Jakob Dylan of The Wallflowers interviewing Eric Clapton, Tom Petty, Ringo Starr and others about the rise of the Laurel Canyon music scene in the 1960's. That scene included The Beach Boys, The Byrds, Crosby, Stills and Nash, The Mamas and the Papas and Buffalo Springfield. Imagine what it was like for all that great original music coming out of the same place at the same time. All these greats were living there and listening to each other's records and trying to come up with something better. Tom Petty said the music coming out of Laurel Canyon at the time influenced his generation of singers and song writers.
