Cops in Kent are looking for a man who showed up on the porch of a KSU sorority house wearing nothing but a speedo. He had the words “Pervert” written on his chest, according to Fox 8 News. Police think that the man did this at least three times. Times have sure changed. Back in the day nobody would call the cops over a prank like this. They would have invited him in for a beer.
