The eye-witness accounts to this one are pretty good. Police in Florida (of course) say they had to zap the naked man who was cussing them out, disturbing the neighbors and "slinging his genitals." At least they didn't have to release him for a lack of evidence. Let's see how can pick him out of a line up.
