Black Sabbath brought their farewell tour to an end on Saturday in their hometown of Birmingham, England, but like many acts who've said goodbye, it's never really the end -- as guitarist Tony Iommi explained to U.K. online radio station Planet Rock just prior to the last show.
"I don't think we've ruled anything out apart from me not wanting to tour anymore on that scale, but who knows, we may do something. We haven't spoken about it. That's another thing — we haven't talked about anything to do with what's going to happen afterwards. But I'm sure something can happen somewhere."
Iommi, who has been undergoing treatments for cancer over the past few years, says he's looking the time off, but adds that he has a lot of offers to consider.
Ozzy Osbourne will soon return to working on his next solo album, but no word on what bassist Geezer Butler will do next.
