GRAMMY PREDICTIONS: Best Rock Performance

This year's Best Rock Performance category at the Grammys on Sunday is interesting because of one prominent name -- Beyonce.

Many eyebrows were raised in the rock world when her track with Jack White, "Don't Hurt Yourself," was announced as one of the nominees back in December. We predict that though she'll probably win a few of the nine awards she's up for, rock voters won't like someone coming into their turf.

This category also has two live performances from TV shows -- Alabama Shakes' "Joe" from Austin City Limits and Disturbed's "The Sound of Silence"  from Conan. Though both are fine performances, it seems like voting for a song performed on a TV show to win on another TV show is unlikely.

That leaves us with the two main contenders -- David Bowie's "Blackstar" and Twenty One Pilots' "Heathens." Twenty One Pilots broke through big time in the past 12 months, and in any other year we'd pick them. But voters will likely be swung in the direction of Bowie's final work.
