Wes Scantlin had a different type of onstage rant during Puddle of Mudd's show Saturday in Lynchburg, Virginia.
Instead of complaining about people trying to steal his house or other random enemies, Scantlin had nothing but praise for Stone Sour and Slipknot. In a clip of the bizarre rant, which came after what appeared to be a pass at singing Stone Sour's "Through Glass," Scantlin told the crowd, "Stone Sour I love you guys. I love you. You guys are great. Kinda magical. Those dudes are cool. God bless Paul [Gray]. God bless your soul Paul. I should have been there for you dawg. I shoulda been there for you dawg... I’m gonna miss Paul from Slipknot. I’m gonna miss the lead singer of Drowning Pool [Dave Williams] for the rest of my life. We need to keep our eyes on these people man. I’m losing a lot of friends. Let the bodies hit the floor."
